For Sale: 5 inch gauge Rail Motor 060 Locomotive and Tender

Details:
5" Gauge Rail Motor 0-6-0 Locomotive and Tender. A theme on Don Young's design, an 0-6-0 configuration, rather than an 0-4-0. The copper silvered soldered boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test. Pretty much complete boiler history. The club certificate states the the boiler was constructed in 2009, so possibly the locomotive was completed around that time. Current boiler certificate 10.3.20 (cold examination and hydraulic shell test - 180 psi test pressure applied), expires 9.3.24. The locomotive comes with a two-wheeled tender arrangement (It looks as if parts of the tender are of a type of fibre glass construction.) Walschaerts valve gear, pole reverser, and mechanical lubricator. Cosmetically could be better, hence price, but with some tlc improvements could be made. Built by a competent model engineer with many locomotives to his credit. I bought this locomotive last summer. I haven't steamed it yet due to work commitments but as we are moving it now needs to go to a good home. Approx. length: 23" (locomotive), Approx. width: 9.5"
Approx. height: 15.5", Approx. length: 14" (tender). Strictly collection only please (KT23).
